Richco offers its customers a wide range of services and capabilities from its strategically placed manufacturing facilities in the USA, United Kingdom, Spain and China.

Richco has the capability to injection mold most engineering thermoplastics in a wide range of thermoplastic materials at its various regional manufacturing locations. These locations have the ability to produce many of the Richco product lines close to our end customers, located throughout the world, to ensure timely delivery and local support.

Richco maintains full Engineering Departments in the Chicago Corporate Headquarters and the Gravesend Kent Manufacturing Facility. These engineers provide our customers with new product design assistance from concept to project completion. Richco also provides application and technical advice on our existing product lines from these engineering departments.

Many times our engineers can solve customer problems right out of our catalog. Richco has the capability to produce prototype samples to prove out new product design when the customer and Richco deem it necessary to validate a design concept. We have an extensive testing lab in which prototypes and samples can be tested for a wide range of physical and mechanical properties to ensure that they meet all critical performance criteria.

Additional capabilities include RIT dyeing of most standard product, application of double-face adhesive tape, sonic welding, and non-standard packaging in special bags or in different package quantities.
