Q: Where can I purchase your products?

Q: How can I find a distributor who carries inventory of the part I need?

A: To check distributor stock, please click on this link:
STOCK CHECK. Once you enter the part number, you will see a list of distributors who have inventory of that part on their shelves. If you click on the distributor’s name, you will be directed to the distributor’s website.


Q: Do you have an equivalent of this part from your competitor?

A: To search for a Richco cross, please click on this link and enter the competitor part number:
CROSS REFERENCE. If additional support is needed, our Customer Service team and Product Managers can help to determine the proper cross if available.


Product Questions

Q: What is a Snap-Lock?

A: This is a Richco term to describe a snap-in mount that is pushed through a hole in a panel or chassis, which closes and snaps open on the opposite side to give a mechanical and secure lock. To remove, simply squeeze the locking device of the spacer/support.


Q: What is a Snap-Fit?

A: This is a Richco term to describe a snap-in mount that is pushed through a hole in a panel or chassis and deflects on the opposite side to produce a mechanical pressure hold. To remove, simply pull or push, no squeezing of the device is required.
