To login, you will need your Richco customer or distributor. If you do not have this number, please contact your branch manager. Please note that account numbers must be 6 digits long; you may need to add a zero (0) to the beginning of your account number.
*If this is your first time logging into Richco U Online using Internet Explorer 8 or 9, please follow instructions below to install Adobe Authorware Webplayer, as you might have difficulty launching Richco eLearning:
1) Click 'Tools' on the Internet Explorer Menu
2) Click on 'Internet Options'
3) Select the 'Security' Tab
4) Make sure the 'Enable Protected Mode' box is unchecked
